By engaging DevScale Media for services or using this website, you agree to the following terms.

Services

DevScale Media provides ecommerce growth services including paid advertising management, Shopify development, mobile app development, and SaaS development. All engagements are governed by individual service agreements with clearly defined scope, deliverables, and payment terms.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of all custom-developed assets. DevScale Media retains the right to reference the engagement in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Limitation of Liability

DevScale Media is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding three months.
